About Us

Anona United Methodist Church provides many of the benefits of a large church while at the same time seeking to maintain the feel of a smaller church. We are able to do this by focusing on relationships in the way we worship, grow, and serve together.

Believing our faith touches every aspect of our lives, we feel that church is less about buildings and more about how we live out our beliefs through our relationship with others, both inside and outside the walls of the church. The Bible provides the guidance for how we live out these beliefs and it is where we find God’s direction for our lives.

Jesus Christ called us to follow him. That means that the Christian faith is one of journey. We all come to this faith in different ways, from different places, and at different points of depth in the journey. At Anona, we hope that you will find a community of faith that welcomes you right where you are in your journey of faith. None of us has all of the answers, but together we can discover a deeper faith and knowledge of our God as we worship, grow, and serve together.
