Our Purpose
Academy Statement of Purpose
The Anona Academy of the Arts is a ministry of the Music Department of the Anona United Methodist Church. The purpose of the Academy is three-fold:
- To prepare future worship leaders for service in the church;
- To build resiliency in our youth by instilling competency, industry, and personal identity through quality instruction in the arts; and
- To partner with parents and adults in providing and receiving instruction that will enrich the lives of both adults and youth.
- Christian themes and curriculum are encouraged. The Academy admits students of any race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin.
