Dr. Carole Rooks serves Anona United Methodist Church as the Minister of Programs.  She leads and plans opportunities for adult spiritual growth as well as working with the missions work area.

Background:  Dr. Rooks joined Anona in January of  1994 after serving as minister of programs at Mandarin United Methodist Church in Jacksonville for 5 years.  She is a graduate of Candler School of Theology,  Emory University and San Francisco Theological Seminary.  She has worked with many Florida Conference programs and currently serves on the Conference Board of Ordained Ministry.
