Meet Our Counselors
Dina L. Meitner, Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Dina works at the Anona Counseling Center on a part-time basis providing evening and weekend appointments. As a member of Anona United Methodist Church, Dina's aim is to improve the health of its members through kind and compassionate counseling. Dina will also counsel folks from other community churches.
Specializations: As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Dina is trained to treat the whole person. She believes that for healing to be complete, the mind, body and spirit should be cared for and taught how to progress forward from a state of ill-health to the direction of hope and happiness. She focuses on a return to emotional health from grief/loss, depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and low self-esteem through empathetic counseling, nutritional advice and spiritual guidance. She works with individuals and couples with her knowledge of situations pertaining to women, African Americans and Gays and Lesbians. Dina holds the following degrees and affiliations:
