At Anona, nothing is more important that the safety and security of your children to which our check-in system is no exception.  We have KidCheck check-in stations located in the nursery as well as in the education building (double-glass door entrance).  If this is your first time visiting our Sunday Morning programs, please visit go.kidcheck.com to create a free and secure KidCheck parent account.  Read below to discover more about What is Kid Check, What are the Benefits, Creating a Kid Check Account, and how you can Check in a Friend.
 
 
What is KidCheck?
 
KidCheck is our way of ensuring our child's safety as it allows you the parent the ability to act as part of our team.  You are able to create a secure account where you can keep your family's information current.  In addition, you are able to create a list of authorized or non-authorized guardians, provide pertinent medical information for your children, update contact information, and upload photos.
 
 
What are the Benefits?
  • It's 100% web-based.  Utilizing the flexibility of the internet, KidCheck allows you to access and modify your account from anywhere.
  • Secure Program.  KidCheck uses the same technology that banks use to keep your information safe.  Note, we never ask for personal identifications such as Social Security numbers, credit cards, or banking information.
  • Authorized or Non-Authorized Guardian List.  Easily create and update a list of who can pick-up your children.  You can also upload pictures for added security of each guardian and each child.
  • Text Message Capabilities.  You can opt to receive instant notifications when your child is checked-in by an authorized guardian.  We ask you take you provide your cell phone number and bring take it with you during service remembering to put it on vibrate as this is our means of communication should an emergency arise with your child.
  • Convenient Features.  Easily update your address, phone numbers, email contact, or children's medical/allergy information through your parent account - you are in control.  Ability to use the same KidCheck account set-up with Anona at other locations you see a KidCheck logo - gym, daycare, etc.
 
Creating a KidCheck Account?
 
You can create a free and secure KidCheck Parent account by visiting go.kidcheck.com then selecting the 'Register Now...' link.  Follow the few prompts to create your parent KidCheck account.  Once the parent account is established - you will be able to enter all your children's information (First/Last name, date of birth, male or female, and medical or allergy information we should be aware of.  There is also a guardian tab where you can add a spouse or other guardians that are allowed to pick-up your chilren.  The 'My Account" section is where you keep your personal profile information, child information, and your guardian list.
 
For security reasons we do not link parent accounts together.  Each parent is free to create their own account, but if you want your spouse to be able to check your kids out, they will need to be listed as a guardian.
 
 
Check-In a Friend?
 
If your child is bringing a friend to our Sunday Morning programs, we ask that the parents create a KidCheck account and enter you as a guardian.  At Sunday morning check-in, our volunteers will be able to find that child under "other children you are listed as a guardian."  Your efforts here are very much appreciated, as it will eliminate any wait that you would have incurred at check-in.
