What is Your Mission Interest?
Are you interested in helping the community or the world, building a home or rebuilding after disaster strikes? Anona is excited to provide various mission opportunities to help in local Hurricane Irma Relief projects.
Upcoming Mission Dates: Saturday, February 16, 2019 and Saturday, March 16, 2019
Time: Arrive to job site at 8:30/45am and Depart at 4:00-4:30pm.
Projects are coordinated by the UMC Florida Conference “Florida Restores.” Learn more about Florida Restores (click here). The Florida UMC strictly adheres to the Methodist Safe Sanctuary policy. All adults (18 years and older), need to complete a background check if they have not done so in the past year. The background checks are completed through Verified Volunteers, a top-rated background screening vendor used by the FLUMC Disaster Relief group.
Complete Secure Electronic Background Check: (click here)
Note: When filling out the background check, please use the below information
When prompted to enter “AFFILIATION”, Please enter: Anona Mission Team
