Are you hurting? Do you need someone to listen to you? To pray for you? To encourage you? If you answered yes, please know you can reach out to a Stephen Minister at Anona. What is a Stephen Minister? A Stephen Minister is a member of the Anona congregation who is trained to provide one-to-one, confidential, Christ-centered care.
Each Stephen Minister is matched with a hurting person—men are paired with men, women with women—and can meet regularly with that person. Stephen Ministers care for those dealing with grief, divorce, job loss, hospitalization, financial struggles, loneliness, convalescence, terminal illness, and many other life difficulties.
Stephen Ministers are available each Sunday morning following our Anona Campus Services. If you or someone you know needs a Stephen Minister you may contact the church office at 727-595-2581, ext. 408 or email email@example.com
Why the name Stephen?
In the book of Acts, Stephen was chosen to provide caring ministry to those in need. Since the time of the Apostles, caring ministry has been considered a hallmark of the Christian faith community.
