We are a Christ-centered, Conscious Discipline based program with the School Family as the foundation of our Center environment. We offer both half-day and full-day programs for children from 1 years old through Pre-Kindergarten (VPK). Our commitment to provide the best for children is exemplified by our voluntary continued accreditation and current Gold Seal standing with the United Methodist Association of Preschools (UMAP) since 1986. In addition, we are Gold Seal approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families as well as an approved VPK provider.
Our goal is for children to feel a warm, personal acceptance and to know that preschool is a safe, fun place to be, full of love, laughter and learning.
At Anona Child Development Center, our enrichment programs are thoughtfully designed to supplement our curriculum and deepen each child’s learning experience in joyful, meaningful ways.
Children gather for Chapel twice a month, where they explore God’s love through age-appropriate stories, music, dramatic play, movement, and dance – creating moments that nurture both faith and imagination. Through our Healthy Habits program, children learn how to care for their growing minds and bodies with lessons on nutrition, movement, and overall well-being, helping them develop lifelong healthy routines. Our Community Connections experiences teach children that kindness and compassion extend beyond the walls of our school, home, and church. By partnering with local organizations, children engage in hands-on learning about safety, wildlife, caring for our planet, and good health—discovering that even the youngest learners can make a positive difference in their community.
