Stephen Minister training is a Christ-centered program designed to equip participants with practical skills for caring and building meaningful relationships. Through the training, individuals learn how to listen compassionately, offer support, and walk alongside those experiencing life’s challenges.

Each Stephen Minister is trained within their congregation by certified Stephen Leaders, using trusted materials from Stephen Ministries in St. Louis. This comprehensive preparation ensures they can offer consistent, high-quality care to those in need of comfort and encouragement.
