The Big Red Bus will be on Anona’s campus Sunday, May 18 from 9:00a.m. to 2:00p.m.

• Make sure that you drink plenty of water.

• Eat well-balanced iron rich meals (especially the morning before donating),

• Bring and ID with you on to the bus!

• Make sure you limit your caffeine intake the morning before drive.
